Erin joined Hilton Parker LLC after a series of elite placements in public defense and civil rights organizations, including the Federal Public Defender’s Capital Habeas Unit in Columbus and the Center for Death Penalty Litigation in North Carolina. Her experience spans capital defense, parole advocacy, public records litigation, and legal research in sensitive, high-stakes matters.

In the summer of 2024, Erin interned at Hilton Parker LLC, where she immediately distinguished herself through her meticulous research, mastery of Excel and data organization, and ability to track complex filings across multiple jurisdictions. She keeps appellate records clean, facts properly categorized, and teams on track—ensuring that every brief is grounded in solid facts and every filing lands on time.

She has a special talent for identifying inconsistencies across large datasets and for keeping intricate case files and timelines streamlined and searchable. At every stage, Erin brings structure to ambiguity, turning sprawling records into clear and actionable case plans.

A J.D. candidate at Northeastern University School of Law, Erin also worked on a research initiative with the Massachusetts Law Reform Institute, tackling nuanced constitutional issues involving ABA Model Rule 8.4(g). She graduated summa cum laude from Ashland University with a B.S. in Criminal Justice and a minor in History.
