Attorneys Jonathan Hilton and Geoffrey Parker took the Nevada bar exam this year to expand their personal injury practice to Nevada. Both successfully passed, and the firm is now taking cases in Nevada. Both attorneys were recently sworn into Nevada’s federal bar as well.

The firm congratulates Jonathan Hilton for his Multi-State Bar Exam (“MBE”) score of 170.8, which according to JD Advising, likely put him in about the top two percent of test-takers nationwide. While this is not as high as Mr. Hilton scored when he took the July 2016 exam for Ohio, he wasn’t displeased with the result, considering how long it has been since law school.

Now that the firm is licensed in Nevada, Mr. Hilton anticipates expanding his practice in front of the Supreme Court of Nevada and appearing for more oral arguments there. The firm is also accepting and filing cases on behalf of victims of human trafficking around the State.
